“We have been able to grow by focusing on our areas of expertise and not trying to be everything to everyone,” said Andrea. “We aren’t looking to be a one stop shop for every client. We are focussed on what we know and we want to be the best at what we do.”Andrea Riposati has been doing all of this for over 20 years and he started out as an audio engineer back in 1991. His company is based out of Sarnia, Ontario but he also has satellite offices in Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Toronto and the US. “We are really proud of the fact that we frequently work around the globe,” said Andrea. “We fully understand we might not be able to serve every client that comes through our front door, but our clients know that Dante Labs will take care of them.”
The company was started when Andrea was only 24 years old. He had seen other people doing things in their local community and growing businesses he believed had potential. “I knew if I saw something I liked, I could grow my own business,” said Andrea.
