When Ross joined Yahoo, he served as the Interim CEO, the Head of Global Media and the Executive VP. He saw the organization grow into billions of dollars. This was a great stride that was highly expected, given his wealth of knowledge and experience earned in his career journey.

At Sports Illustrated, Ross approved various editorial personnel investments, including appointing more high-profile sports journalists and support staff. He also was in charge of delivering top-notch content that the editorial team turned into high-quality videos and premium podcasts that continued to increase revenue for the organization.
